Everything. Just perfect for our stay. I was able to check-in early. Staff were very helpful and seemed happy in themselves. The rooms were clean and tidy. Had lots of extra pillows and duvets. Kitchenette had everything we needed to make a small meal. Had complimentary snacks in the room.

I stayed at Bermonds Locke for 5 days with my son during half term school holidays last week. Location is within a short walking distance of Tower Bridge with easy access to many London attractions (we used London Bridge tube station which is about a 10 min walk). The accommodation was a twin bed self-catering, modern flat which was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The flat’s kitchen and washer dryer facilities were very useful. Downstairs there is a cosy and trendy cafe lounge which is very welcoming. We have really enjoyed our experience and will certainly stay here again in the future.

This was my first time using serviced apartments without a reception. But the information shared, the ease of using your unique code to get in, and the responsiveness of the hosts via whatsapp for any questions and checking in, made the experience far better than expected and better than most places in London I'd been to. The rooms are right above train tracks but the windows are pretty sound proof and they provide earplugs too but honestly didn't need them. I have already booked to stay again!

Very secure building which makes you feel at ease. The refrigerator and microwave was very handy for self catering. Very quick security deposit refund well within 48hrs. I really like this particular hotel. I have stayed at The Gantry repeatedly while in London on business. It is a proper 4-star hotel that has a nice cross between the facilities of a business hotel, and a more home-like aparthotel. The decor in the rooms make them rather a cut above your typical boring business hotel. It is more of a hotel for relaxation and sightseeing, and its location, near Elizabeth Olympic Park and within walking distance of Stratford's rail, tube, and bus services, is really superb.

It is a self-catering facility. There was only me to blame if something went wrong. The rooms were bright, light and airy and from our top floor apartment the views across London were superb. When we needed anything the staff were friendly and helpful. The museums were just 10 minutes walk away as was the bus to Piccadilly Circus. With Sainsbury's almost next door, self catering was a doddle and local restaurants were fine. We especially liked Comptoir Libanais in Exhibition Road.
