The nearest airport is Chania International, 24 km from the aparthotel, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Everything was exceptional, we really had a wounderful stay at Sun Ray. Our apartment was very clean, cozy and we also had a big terrace with a nice view and a jacuzzy for two, witch made our experience even better. The location its great, very close to the beach (2mins walking) with lost of restaurants around. Last but not least our host was very kind and they welcomed us with fresh limonade. A garden and a sun terrace are offered at the aparthotel. A very modern apartment, just a short walk from Agia Marina beach. Supermarket, shops and cafes/restaurants are all nearby. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the apartment very clean and well designed. Was lovely to sit out in the garden every morning for breakfast.

The aparthotel offers a terrace. When I first came to Agia Marina in 2011, I was unfortunate in that I stayed in another apartments in town which weren't very good. When I returned in 2015, I booked for the Merabello Apartments. My expectations were initially low following my first experience elsewhere, but my expectations were immediately exceeded upon arriving at my room at the Merabello Apartments. And needless to say, I was reminded upon my return to the Merabello Apartments this year just how beautiful it is. The Merabello is located at an idyllic location near the main strip in Agia Marina and just up a small hill which leads on the a beautiful location on the way to the Old Village. Whatever room you get at the Merabello, you are greeted with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Isle of Thodorou and the surrounding Mediterranean Ocean, and the picturesque grounds and pool of the Merabello Apartments. The proprietor of the Merabello, Kostas, is an absolutely fantastic man who you can tell cares deeply about the Merabello and the experience his guests receive. Even after three years, Kostas remembered who I was and welcomed me back to the apartments which was so kind. You see Kostas daily dotting around the property and doing a lot of work around the grounds to ensure it stays as fantastically pretty as it is. And he is a credit to the property, because Kostas runs a fantastic place at the Merabello. Yannis who keeps the bar running really well, as well as the lovely cleaner who ensures the rooms are cleaned to a high standard almost daily (the Sunday she has off is well deserved!) are also a credit to the fine work Kostas does. Kostas and his team deserve all the credit in the world for running what I'm sure is one of the finest properties in Agia Marina.
