Extremely easy check-in process with friendly staff. Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

The hotel was clean, and the facilities provided all the basic necessities, including amenities, kitchenware, a sink, a microwave, and a washing machine in each room. These conveniences made our stay very comfortable. One feature we especially liked was the passcode entry system for both the hotel and the rooms. This was extremely convenient for our group, as we often went out to different places at different times. Not having to worry about a physical key or keycard—especially since most hotels typically provide only one or two—was a great advantage. Additionally, we appreciated the availability of family rooms for 4-5 people. The room was spacious compared to other hotels in big cities. Even with five of us staying together, we had enough space for our luggage, even when packing and unpacking. The small living area was also a great touch, allowing us to sit and relax comfortably, unlike many hotels that only provide a bed and one or two armchairs.

The room was large compared to most Japanese hotels we've stayed in. We appreciated the stocked kitchenette that had a semi full sized refrigerator and freezer. The room was quiet and we never heard any of the guests. We appreciated the free WiFi and YouTube & Netflix on the TV. Our family of four all had our own beds which as amazing! The beds were firm but not too hard. The location was a 7min walk to the Hakata Station but was close to a convenience store and a supermarket. We loved that it was across the street from the best Udong noodle place in Fukuoka! Overall, we had everything we needed and we fully enjoyed our stay here!

    It's feels like a service apartment and well design/suited for short stays - with all the amenities and automation for access. The toilet, sink and bathroom are all thoughtfully separated. It's possible to stay long term in this place for sure... another good thing is it's only 1 MRT stop away from the airport ~18min + 600m walk.
