Stylish and very comfortable two bedroom apartment in a great central location. Lots of nice touches, like outdoor ski lockers and a heated ski boot room as you enter the building. The staff runs a shuttle from 8 to 8 to take you anywhere in a 10 minute radius -- that gets you to the base of either of the Hirafu gondolas or into town. Staff were very friendly and very responsive. We also ordered an in-room hot pot meal experience that was a lot of fun and a real highlight of the trip.

Fantastic double storey new build, super warm/cosy, clean and well laid out. Beds super comfortable. You even have your own Garage! Short walk to Hirafu's restaurants/shops, shuttle bus or even active walk to ski lifts. Staff were prompt, professional and great to deal with. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Located just a 7-minute walk from the nearest ski elevator, Akazora offers spacious apartment-type accommodations with varying decor and free WiFi throughout.
