The Hotel is really beautiful and all staffs are really professionnals ! The Manager is always there for you and facilities provided were really great! The 2 pools are superb and it's also easy to go to medina with the shuttle service really less expensive than taxi! The little shop is a plus

Fatima our host, was amazing, she was always available on request, she would turn up immediately. She was kind, she was helping. She even made us delicious Morrocan meal, without us asking, she also gave us lovely Morrocan tea. The hotel should be proud of Fatima, she is an asset. We will miss you Fatima. You are amazing.

The apartment was clean and large enough for all my friends and I to hangout in the living room together. Appreciated the staff's help in getting additional items needed for our stay including laundry detergent and dish cleaning soap. The location isn't too far from the main center of the city and train station which was super useful (quick taxi rides).

Everything was 10/10 clean and modern and the location was fabulous with amazing views of Jme el fna from the balcony.Staff very helpful and welcoming. Airconditioning was lovely to have in the hot afternoons. Would return if i was to holiday in Marrakech again. Thank you bnb Medina for a wonderful stay.

The villa is so big! we had plenty of space to move around and just relax. Nice location if you have a car and want to stay away from Marrakech city center and its craziness.
