Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was effective and quiet although family liked it colder that I did. Shower was large and had good pressure. We arrived late due to airline delays but this was not a problem. Hotel staff was great. Breakfast the next morning was great too. Location was perfect for our needs.

Great guest service by the team at the reception, always going the extra mile to make guests comfortable and to attend to guest requests. Jenny and Christine, in particular were exceptional in this respect. The location of the hotel in Auckland CBD was perfect for the purpose of my visit. Fully furnished serviced apartment with all necessary facilities to make my stay very enjoyable indeed. The housekeeping team are a happy bunch ready to fulfil guests' requests at all times.

This was our 4th stay at the Roomie Apartment Hotel. It suits our needs perfectly as it’s close to our relative’s home. The apartments are clean, comfortable and well equipped. I never have to worry about my vehicle as the carpark is secure with card entry gates. The staff at reception are always friendly and welcoming.

There is no breakfast or normal hotel services. The building appears to be a mixture of Sofitel hotel and private apartments. The tiny reception space is on the second floor. This may be because the main lobby area is under renovation where a member of staff will meet you. Our only gripe is a very complex TV set requiring the downloading of an app The room was large and well laid out with bath and separate shower.

Everything was organized so that we could have breakfast in the room. The air conditioning worked great, the sheets and towels in the bathroom were changed regularly and we were very happy to have a balcony from which, from the height of the 9th floor, we could admire the panorama of central Auckland, including the Sky Tower! Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments are 4 (short) bus stops from BRITOMART Station, which can also be reached on foot.

We love everything about this apartment hotel. It was spacious and clean. It has everything you need: fridge, toaster, utensils, coffee...they also provide us with 2 complimentary coffee vouchers (with any purchase) in the cafe beside the hotel but we did not use them.

The Partchery is absolutely lovely! It is equipped with everything you would need for a self catering stay, is beautifully presented, with nice finishing touches. The property is located close to the beaches and with easy access to Devonport. Wendy and Michael were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome!
