Everything we need is in here. Great location. Such a cool and very Aesthetic accommodation. Everything inside is well thought of. Comfortable bed. Loved the coffee that they provide. Great start of my day! Close to subway, walking distance to The White House and National Mall. Lots of great dining areas around the area. Highlights: excellent location, spacious and clean apartment, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. The AKA White House apartments are in an excellent location for visiting the White House and all of the main attractions in DC. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and with one ensuite bathroom and a second, separate bathroom. The bedrooms were large, with ample storage and wardrobe space, and very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were of a good size and were equipped with good quality towels and toiletries. Whilst we did not cook, the kitchen area was equipped with a large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that you need. The lounge area was very comfortable, with ample seating. There was a large TV in the lounge, and a large TV in each of the bedrooms. The WiFi connection was strong throughout the apartment. Air conditioning was available throughout the apartment, which was essential in August. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a comfortable lounge area by reception, and a bar. There is also a cinema room, and a small gym. There is no restaurant on-site but there are plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Two Metro stations are close by, within 5 to 10 minutes walk, for visits further afield, such as Arlington Cemetery and the Capitol. Overall, we had a great stay at the AKA White House. It was ideal for what we wanted, and we would certainly stay again if in the DC area.

Great location close to metro, restaurants, shopping. Nice amenities like having a washer/dryer, small kitchen, gym, and meeting spaces. Easy check-in with access code. Building felt secure. Temporary luggage storage was appreciated as there were a few hours between my checkout time and when I needed to leave for the airport.

the security code for the out side door . and for the room door same number . it was a complete kitchen with every thing and more . the staff was good . wide glass view . washing and dryer machine is perfect .
