The staff was great, very accomodating and attentive. We arrived early and they let us stay in another room while waiting for our check in time. They served us an amazing breakfast. And upon going to our bungalow, it was beautiful and spacious. You have your own home overlooking the nature. As you are far away from the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. We rented a motorcycle and the staff assisted us. Upon check out, they also booked our ride to the bus station. I'm definitely coming back again.

The location is perfect! Sun Plaza is just 20steps away. Owner and his son greeted us upon arrival and let us check in early morning :-) super happy! :-) the owner is very considerate when they found out i had a mistake with my booking and let it be cancelled without charge even though its my fault. The room is clean, nice and perfect for what we needed. Will surely be back again. Thank you soooo much! :-)

The stay was very excellent and the host was very friendly. They cared all of us like a family. They arranged motorbike for us to travel and invited us for the dinner. Also gifted us with some fruits to carry along with us while we were about to leave the place. They also helped us with early check in. 1. We arrived at SaPa in very early morning, thus i asked the owner to find a room for early checking in. Surprisingly, she could find with little bit charge and upgraded the booked room into the bigger and more comfortable room with 2 king beds. That was so nice! 2. The hotel is located on the edge of SaPa city, therefore, the mountain view is in front of our room. That was so amazing! 3. You can readily get Sunplaza within 5 mins from the property by walking. 4. The owner is so generous, kind, and friendly.

Bed was on the hard side but I loved the hot shower, AC, mini fridge, fast wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, balcony overlooking a (tiny) koi pond., elevator, lobby level cafe, etc. I used Google Translate to communicate with front desk and the girl was EXTREMELY helpful in retrieving something I left on a bus from Hanoi. For western travellers, it’s a steal.
