Staff were friendly and helpful, felt like we came home. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and all you need was there. Breakfast delivery to the apt was very convenient. View from the room & balconies is breathtaking. Beds are big and comfortable, (best sleep in weeks also because of the quietness). Location of the hotel is very good; we enjoyed of the peace and fresh air. Best experience in South-America so far! 10/10 !!! We'll definitely come again to this hotel and Ushuaia, from almost the northpole where we permanently live.

The building and flat are quite new and built to high standards, one of the best during our travels in Chile and Argentina. Communication with the host was easy with a video sent how to access the flat with a door lock code. The apartment is in a central good area, close to Tante Sara as a very good option for breakfast, coffee, or dinner.
