The staff were also really nice and helpful.

It was clean and warm in close proximity to the station and shops but far enough away to be quiet. Parking was also an added bonus. The lift was quick. I felt safe. I like that the kitchen was tidied each day.

More than expected good experiences!! It is located 50 meters from Metro station, very convenient, quiet new and well facility room. Didn't expect there will be a laundry machine inside the simplest one bed room. No need to say the brand new fridge, oven, microwave, and all the cutlery provided by the hotel. Everything is more than expected! At a very decent price as well.

WiFi is available in all areas, free of charge. The place is absolutely perfect. Awesome location, easy to access, the interior is super modern, clean and has everything I needed. The room is spacious, quiet and beautiful, full of sunshine in the afternoon. The staff were very responsive, effective, accommodating and helpful. I had a wonderful experience.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the aparthotel. The shower in master living room is not working, other than that, all the outer facilities are good. The location is good, very close to the Chatswood train station, very convenient to go other places. The food and supermarket in Chatswood are also good.
