Upon arriving when went to our motel room and walked straight out to get an upgrade as the room was too small for more than a one night stay. The staff were great and had no problem upgrading us to a 2 bedroom apartment. It had all the items necessary to have a self catering holiday. Very close to shopping centre and on the right side of the city for the airport. Off street parking was great.

The service apartment is what you paid for, we booked it as a transit to Hobart, so didn't expect too much.

The bed was comfortable, had some self catering facilities

We were transferred to another service apartment which is new with bigger space

The room was very well furnished and designed for a longer stay than we planned and included a washer dryer as well as a kitchenette. It would be perfect for someone looking for an apartment hotel.

Dragonfly is hidden up a small street. It's a lovely old house. What I really liked was the thought that went in to the self-checkin and looking after ourselves. Instructions were explicit. A lot of thought went in to the efficient self-catering for breakfast. Well done. The room was light and modernised and comfortable.

Needed a last minute stay after a cancelled flight and Parklane came to the rescue. This is an older motel so nothing fancy but the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots, utensils etc for some basic self-catering. Loved the large opening windows that gave us fresh air and a great view of the city. Well located - short walking distance to centre of town. Staff were helpful and responsive.
