Amazing house, unique, very clean, the interior was cozy and charming. The location was fantastic, and the view from the house astonishing! The personnel was very polite and ready to serve all our needs.

Offering mountain views, Aparthotel Krone - Self Check-In is an accommodation situated in Interlaken, 20 km from Grindelwald Terminal and 23 km from Giessbachfälle. We didn’t arrived Interlaken before the indicated check-in time, but thanks god that Krone contacted us and sent us entrance passcode and other information in advance. I love the hotel location as it is a bit far from the bustle area near the train station. A tiny and well quipped kitchen is provided and the soft mattress is the best after a day walk from Jungfraujoch. Most spots can be reached on foot!

This marks my second stay here, and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.
