Free Wi-Fi is available. It's my fifth time here, and it will not be the last. Everything is perfect and exceeded my expectations, cleanliness, location, and staff behavior, they are smiling all the time and very helpful, once I leave the hotel, I immediately plan for the next stay. At the aparthotel, the units have bed linen and towels. Everything was just perfect. It felt like staying at a high-end hotel to be honest. The amenities were amazing. Location was also great, in a not very touristy area, but still near the bund (like 20min bike ride). Subway station was just a few minutes away.

I had a very spacious, very clean, comfortable apartment with multiple utilities, so you could consider yourself at home. The staff was very kind, especially Shawn, who had the patience to answer all our questions. The cost of one night's accommodation is not very high, it is around 140 euros/night/apartment, without breakfast. It is positioned quite well, being able to walk to many points of tourist interest.
