All staff members were very kind and helpful, assisted with parking instructions among other things and requests. We used the swimming pool in the evenings which wasn't large, but good for our son to enjoy the water. The breakfast was truly delightful! Supermarket just at the corner/1 minute away from the hotel. Parking is underground with direct elevator access to reception area.
