Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Amazing aparthotel in the heard of Nice. We stayed in Apartment with fully equipped kitchen and living room and had everything for comfortable stay. Location is top: close to Train station, groceries shops and cafes. It is easy to cook your own meal in the kitchen or eat in nearby restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was served in the room (can be in outside garden when warm) and was amazingly reach in choice and quality, We had couple of situations / questions during our stay but were resolved very quickly by very attentive staff. Despite of being in the center, apartment was facing the street, but still was quiet. WIFI connection was very string and stable

The Manager has kindly arranged to change us to another room with better air-conditioning, that we appreciated much. . We are very happy with the arrangement. We could use the laundry facility. We enjoyed the wellness facilities as well. The staff are nice.
