East Residences is in a very good, calm and safe neighborhood, there are many public facilities, restaurants and cafes nearby. City Plaza Mall 10 minutes on foot, MRT stop 3 minutes. The building is a 30-story skyscraper with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well equipped, just like in the pictures. We loved staying here, it was like being a local resident instead of a tourist.

The room was beautifully thought out for every comfort. We had an amazing view from the window. Loved the use of the black and white images of English looking toads, foxes etc. The room was clean and we really appreciated being able to do a load of washing as we had been in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks prior. We just needed clean clothes for a couple of days, so a load of washing was perfect. The bathroom was roomy and spacious too. Also the staff were able to recommend a street to buy art/antiques. Just great.

The location is one of the best! Lots of eateries around. The bus and tram stations are just downstairs, and the MTR is just a few minutes walk. The seaview is beautiful. All facilities are clean and well maintained. There’s free laundry as well which was helpful for those who are staying longer. The staff are super friendly and proactive. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back !

Aromatherapy handwash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; International TV channels. Filtered water dispenser and coffee pod machine provided to guests free of charge. Excellent location on King's Road just above HSBC. 5 min walk to Fortress Hill MTR and 5 min walk to North Point MTR. I stayed at the weekend for HKD650 booked via Booking.com. 5 stars for this little hotel.
