The location is top. The room was super big and really-really clean. The room looks really modern, as everything is brand new there (TV, bed, toilet, fridge). The building is new, so sound and heat isolation is superb. They also have water filter downstairs, so no need to buy bottled water all the time. The reception is really friendly and helpful. The beach is in walking distance. It is a family business, so it feels even better renting a place there.

What an amazing stay in South Goa. Much recommended. The host was warm and welcoming. Property is super clean. Beach is close. The property was insane value for money. So comfortable, ac, fridge, private bathroom and a gorgeous shared balcony. The highlight of my stay was Rosie. She was incredibly helpful, and so eager to offer advice on what to do, book taxies, where to eat/ not eat etc. She deserves a promotion in my opinion! Loved it and would 100% stay again.

The staff were amazing, especially the manager, he helped us so much with information, taxis etc. The location is perfect, it’s very quiet but you are only a few minutes walk away from Patnem beach. The outside space is extremely relaxing and inside the rooms is spacious and beautifully done. We ordered a breakfast from the restaurant facing the resort which was a really nice touch and ensured we made the most out of our outdoor space in the mornings. Thank you for an incredible stay- we did not want to leave!
