The aparthotel offers a barbecue. First time I put 10/10 in my reviews- it’s an excellent accommodation just few minutes away from Kronplatz. Clean, bright and comfortable - i was coming to Brunico 6th time and can definitely recommend this place. There is a nice restaurant next door as well.

A balcony with mountain views is offered in all units. My family stayed in Brixen for an extended weekend of recreation. Residence Nives was wonderful. Pet friendly facilities with parking, secure bike storage, bike rentals (free for regular city bikes and affordable rental prices for e-bikes) and washer/dryer. Communication with the staff was great, they were very helpful and welcoming. Brixen card was included and allowed us to fully explore the town. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable with balconies boasting great views. We will definitely stay again!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in away from home. Two pillows each - one firm and one soft - to keep everyone happy. The little kitchen area was equipped with everything we needed. Our room had a little garden which was ideal for our dog. The view was outstanding and service as good as it gets.
