The place is situated in a good area, the room was pretty and well-kept, and cleaning services are available daily should you prefer that. The best part of the experience for me was the personnel - very kind, friendly and helpful people, that made me feel quite welcome. Whether we’re talking about reception, breakfast, cleaning or trips to touristic spots, all the people responsible with these have been amazing to me. Every morning at breakfast Sonia would welcome me and be ready to help me with anything I could need. She loves to meet new people and we’ve talked so much that we became good friends. She’s definetly made my stay so much better, a wonderful person in every regard. The guide, Raeed, took me to all the beautiful places in Jordan in an organized manner and was always so friendly and warm to me. A happy man that made every trip enjoyable. Everyone was eager to make my stay the best experience. I do recommend this hotel!

The property was very clean, had all the needed facilities. The location was superb as it was close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice thing about it is that it is secure 24/7. I highly recommend, especially if you’re a solo traveller.

This was the best place i stayed in Amman, very clean, kitchen is fully equipped, hot water is there 24/7, the staff are very helpful and professional one in particular is mohamed who is there to help you with anything and made our stay very pleasant and the wi fi is strong, i would definitely stay at suzan during my next trip to Amman and i would recommend it to anyone who is going to Amman, Jordan as you will be satisfied plus its close to many restaurants and markets which are very affordable.
