Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko boasts an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. The hotel is very spacious and new. Value for money.

Located in Niseko, 4 km from Hirafu Station, Niseko Kyo provides accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Great location with shuttle service to the slope. Meal plan for both dinner and breakfast is so awesome, food is great and fresh. Clean and comfortable room with fully functional kitchen. Staff was helpful. Great value!
