It is more like an apartment building (so more recommended for families or group of friends). Staff is available but you don't necessarily have to interact with anyone throughout the whole stay (room access is provided via messaging). The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer. Location-wise, it is at a walking distance from Kokusai Dori (the main street) and Tomari Port (to take a ferry to Kerama Islands for example). It is also at a 10-minute drive from the OKA airport and the staff provided a free-of-charge cab to and from the hotel. I highly recommend it for tourists that won't rent a car. Even though I didn't interact in-person with the staff, they proved to be extremely available and helpful in many situations when we asked for (i) an additional single bed in the room, (ii) drying racks, (iii) two cabs instead of one as we were in a group of four (so ourselves and our baggage wouldn't fit one car with the driver). Plus one of the rooms is open to all customers and has free snacks, beverages and ice cream.

Located in Nago and only 100 metres from Umusa Beach, YANBARU STAY ちゅら宿 provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 21 km from Nakijin Gusuku Castle and offers bicycle parking. The aparthotel features family rooms. The space was spacious and clean, toilet is seperated from the shower, free parking right across the street, convenience store nearby, beach is just a couple mins walk. Overall had an amazing stay would highly recommend.

The staff are so friendly, it really made the experience amazing!

I also recommend the cleanliness of the room, and the staff was very receptive. The bed was also very comfort and bathroom was very good, too!
