Breakfast was amazing. However, please note that it’s not a buffet breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated!

Location, hotel, house rental and facilities were all wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive. Pool was well heated in October as the weather was cooling down, making it useable and enjoyable.

Rezidence Gameau se nachází v Cannes, méně než 50 metrů od pláže a 1 km od Palais des Festivals. This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

I think this is the best place I have ever stayed! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here, our hosts and the area more generally. I hope to be back again soon.

Villa Léonie is located on a private street (gates community), where you can easily park your car for a small surcharge (15€/day). From the Villa you can easily reach the old town of Nice by foot (15' walk), the beach (5' walk), a good boulangerie (1'). The rooms on the upper floors are very beautiful, very spacious and silent. Villa Léonie is located at the foot of Mont Borron, so if you want to visit Monaco, Saint Jean, Villefrance, Eze, ... by car, you do not have to get into the traffic of Nice, which is also a big advantage.
