Situated in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca region, Casa Mura is set 1.3 km from Zicatela Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Wonderful place a little off the main road in Puerto Escondido. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, private shower and all amenities needed available. Carlos went all the way to make our stay comfortable. He provided us with beach-towels, fresh bedding after a couple of days and even an umbrella for the beach. Since we were travelling for a long time we didn't have those items with us and he was super responsive and quick to help us. The beach is a 6 minute walk away where you can also find little shops, nice coffee-shops and restaurants to eat. You will be a 25 minute walk away from La Punta (which we appreciated since it's nicer by Zicatela beach) and about 35 minutes from the centro where you will find big grocery-stores and the bus terminal. The best part is the shared rooftop-terrace which was mostly to ourselves and is giving you the most beautiful view on the Puerto Escondido-sunset (or new years fireworks in our case...). Would recommend and stay again at any given time!

One Love Hostal Puerto Escondido offers a place with a mixture of rustic and Mexican-style decoration only 150 metres from Zicatela Beach. Everything. Cabanas are spacious and very clean, beds are comfy and the temperature is nice even without ac. The overall look of the hostel is amazing and the host is very helpful. We had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Great location in Santa Cruz beach. New construction with a nice rooftop pool. We used the pool more as the beach was very crowded during the holidays. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, which was new, spacious, clean, and quiet as it faced the garden. The apartment was well furnished, and the kitchen had a fridge, stovetop, pans, basic utensils, plates, coffee maker. There was no water filter, or coffee/tea supplies. Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom. Towels and basic toiletries were provided and the reception also had beach towels. There was a problem with the hot water on our first day, and the staff fixed it immediately. The staff were very responsive and there is a good cafe in the building.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, Maralagua is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Puerto Escondido, 700 metres from Zicatela Beach. Great apartment and facility very close to la punta but still in a silent area. The apartment is very good equipped und the beds are very comfortable. You could really see that someone thought it through, there is place where you can hang up your wet stuff from the beach, there are blankets and umbrellas for the beach and enough space to store your surfboard if needed, also the kitchen comes with everything you need for basic cooking. The communication with the owner and staff was very easy too and they helped whenever needed. We stayed in 2 other places before in Puerto Escondido but this was definitely the best one.
