In the Grunerlokka district of Oslo, close to Munch Museum, MAYA Apartments - Carl Berner has a garden and a washing machine. The location was great. Easy to reach all the sights by public transport, or on foot, if you don't mind walking. It was very clean and very quiet. If there were other guests on the same floor, I didn't notice.
