Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Bathroom was big, two sinks, everything was in black color. Also very clean! Communication was super as well!

We loved it. The apartment is easy to find and they offer free parking right in front of the apartment The check in and out was easy and convenient. It was super clean and comfortable and very easy to reach Spiš Castle and Tatras from there. The location is amazing right in the old town and it's so beautiful. Everything was just great and I highly recommend it.

Very nice luxurious apartments, big comfortable beds, nice tv. The reception area is really nice, cool moss decorations and mountain themed decor. We were in the C set of apartments in C412. The balcony was great to have, so nice looking out at the beautiful view of the mountains. Kitchenette with a hob and cooking utensils. Very central location with a shop across the road and restaurants and bars in the building (though the village is small so everywhere is pretty central). Slowenska restaurant is very good and the libertine brasserie is nice too, tasty Tatra tea punch.
