Staff was very nice and Apartment was clean.

Wonderful tropical gardens in the homestay and we loved to be in the middle of the national park. Loved eating with the other guests in the communal areas. All the staff looked after us and were extremely friendly.  We loved all of the activities that were available as well.  It was all made so easy to organise everything from food to trips to getting to and from the village as Chilly was helping us all the way giving us all the options then arranging what we asked for (like having a personal travel agent - I’ve no idea how he does it!). Very much value for money too in my opinion. Highly recommended!!!

The aparthotel has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. - Location was great, it's one block from the beach (immaculate white sand beach, staff rakes it daily). - Flat looked just like the pictures, it was really spacious for 1-2 ppl, and the WiFi (measured at 50mb+), AC was great. - The pool is gorgeous, ~30-40m length, by ~1m deep, 30th floor enclosed with panoramic glass supporting amazing views. - The seoul bowl restaurant was having buffets for the reunification week, that was fantastic and convenient - Mini market outside the entrance to the lobby (super convenient) ** Dung (booking host) - really supported me a lot, i am so grateful (he took me to the currency exchange), checked up on me, gave me suggestions on where to go, helped me book and board the limo shuttle to Ha Noi (bc of the holiday week, the operators kept cancelling - Dung called them directly and really saved me here) - Took a chance on a newly listed property and i'm glad it worked out (as i read from another reviewer)

Trans house was amazing, family run business, who greeted us with warm smiles on arrival. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice showers, tv with Netflix and YouTube. Perfect place to relax for a few days. Location close to the beach so we could get some drinks and food. Helpful with scooter hire and general knowledge of cat ba. We accidentally left our go pro on check out and the team kept it safe and kept in a safe place so we could pick it up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
