The big upside is the staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. Feels like home coming back. And we keep coming back. Special thanks to the cleaning staff Bawan, Abdullah and Amir :) And Usman and the reception team for great service and letting me have the mint candy haha On a more practical note: This hotel is the best value for money in the Marina. Reasonably priced, nice rooms and with great location smack in the middle of Marina.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere, the overall cleanliness and the beautiful decor, as well as the Christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant that seemingly went up overnight. :) The rooms were very spacious, grandeur, and completely sound proof. We slept so soundly. The sea view was amazing. Lin was our waitress almost daily in the Seven Seeds restaurant, and she was very kind and always remembered what we liked to order. The food was absolutely delicious, thank you to the chef. My 4 year old son saw him in the elevator and was so happy to meet him. Housekeeping (Dipesh and Dilwar) made sure we had everything we needed every day. The luggage was delivered to and from our room easily for us, rides were arranged for us, and valet was very efficient and careful with the cars. The tram is located directly at the hotel, which was also convenient. Avani Kids and the pool was really fun for my son, also. We checked in around 4am and the employee was very patient with us. The staff at the lobby are so kind and helpful. Everyone we encountered this week was amazing!

I think this is the best place to stay in Dubai Marina. And here's why: 1. The staff was exceedingly friendly, always smiling, and always wanted to help, 2. Free early check-in, 3. Free room upgrade, 4. Complimentary facilities for guests: - a big infinity pool on the 7th floor with a view of Dubai Marina, - sunbeds, - pool towels, - lifeguard, - small child's pool under a tent to protect kids from the Sun, - fully equipped GYM on the 8th floor (works 24/7 now) 5. Free late check-out, 6. Fascinating view from the windows, cozy balcony, 7. Everything is clean, 8. Fully equipped kitchen - you've got everything you need for a week's stay, 9. Nespresso coffee maker with Nespresso capsules (including decaffeinated) replenished daily, 10. Metro station in 10-15 minutes casual walk through Dubai Marina, 11. A supermarket ("Carrefour") on the ground floor, which works 24/7, 12. A liquor store ("African + Eastern") nearby (you only need your passport to buy alcohol as a tourist), 13. A lot of restaurants around with reasonable prices - you can even bargain (at least I've got hookah for 40dhs when it was 100dhs by the menu. And if you order any food, you can get hookah for free). All in all, I enjoyed my stay. I travel a lot, and I'm very picky. But this place exceeded all my expectations. Thank you, Jumeirah Living, for everything. See you next time.

    A superb modern apartment, well designed and thought out. High spec brands used throughout, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Check in was seamless, the staff were friendly and super helpful! The bedroom was very large with a large en suite with a big walk in shower. If you need to stay close to Downtown Dubai then this is an ideal location.

    A spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, modern apartment with the most wonderful views of Burj Khalifa! Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. Upon arrival, we were met by Salman, a property management representative, who handed us the keys and walked us through the apartment and its amenities. Salman was very polite and helpful, always available, answering our questions and providing us with useful addresses - very much appreciated, especially as this is not a serviced apartment or hotel but a holiday rental.

    We got a great last min deal on a Studio but were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with a marina view balcony on arrival :) The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. There's ample parking too so we had no issues parking our rental, other hotels nearby had said parking was subject to availability. Location is ideal, few minutes walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and great views. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.
