Just exceptional experience. Away from the hustle and bustle. The standouts were: the gorgeous view over the river, the beautiful host family, and the food. We ended up extending our stay. Amazing location right by the river. We went swimming a couple of times which was so delightful for a few very hot summer days. There are a couple of different places to go in. RE food, a plentiful and delicious breakfast of omelettes, feta, jam, bread, traditional pancakes, tea & coffee. We only ate at the hotel restaurant for all our meals: it was so convenient, affordable, and the food was scrumptious! Well catered for vegetarians with flexibility in the menu. Loved the homemade raki! RE location, we didn't have a car so it was expensive to get from Permet to Petran (limited taxi options, no bus). The taxi driver originally charged us 2000 Leke one way, for a 10 minute drive. We ran to the thermal baths which was about 7km each way from the property. We were able to walk 15 minutes to the nearby rock climbing crag which was great. The region would be much better suited to having your own vehicle for exploring, although it was generally fine for us as we enjoyed the peace, tranquility, and downtime at Guesthouse Alvi. Eni, Alvi, and their parents were delightful and generous hosts who made us feel so welcome. We would 100% come back to Petran just to stay here. Comfortable beds. Wifi available. Sufficient bathroom facilities. Spacious room. No washing machine that we saw. No aircon which was fine during the day but a little warm overnight, particularly on days where it reached 36⁰C +. It was lovely and cool outside overnight, it just didn't quite make it into our room. The fan and open window helped.

I would like to give more stars for cleanliness. It was absolutely the best experience in terms of cleanliness. The location was very good, right in the city center, and everything was easily reachable within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This apartment exceeded all my expectations. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged—from the welcoming touches like fresh apples, bananas, water, tea, coffee, and shower gel, to the perfectly clean and beautifully maintained space. You can feel that every detail has been taken care of with love and attention. The location is perfect—quiet, central, and ideal for exploring Permet. It truly felt like a home away from home. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t stay longer. I will definitely come back, and next time, with my husband. This place is an absolute pearl not to be missed!

    The stay was just great! The apartment was comortable and spacy, we found there everything we need. There is a kitchen and spacy bathroom with washing machine. We travelled from Benja Thermal Baths and we really loved the Twins Apartments we found in Permet. Even the flat is a part of the owner´s house, we had absolute privacy.

    The little apartment has everything u need for a short stay. Inside of the apartment u ve a little kitchen that is well equipped. The apartment is very clean and the furniture completely new. Very good for the environment : u ve shampoo boxes. The apartment is close to the center. Just 3 minutes of walking. U have a parking spot in front of the building. The host is very kind. I would recommend a stay at viva apartments.
