The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

The property is 10/10, everything is perfect ! Highly recommended, also the host welcome us with a great hello , bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. The flat is comfy, super clean, even the bed smells super nice (7 stars), close to the city - all kitchen appliances were available.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gartenhotel. I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It is a family run hotel and they made us feel like part of their family. We were a very large group and the hotel was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. They let us use the play room and the reception area for our gatherings, they allowed us to use dishes from their kitchen and were there to address every one of our asks. They were extremely helpful in booking wonderful restaurants and providing other recommendations in the area. The apartment we stayed in was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the kitchen was top-notch, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel’s breakfast was equally impressive with many tasty choices. Huge selections of teas was always available as well as coffees and snacks. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kitzbuhel ski slops making it convenient for both relaxation and skiing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and a willingness to help. We highly recommend Gartenhotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. The Levinson family

Communication with Oliver was excellent the day before and the day of getting into town to make sure we found the apartment and key. Oliver was also on the property to help us get acclimated to the area.

    The location was fantastic- easy 10 minute flat walk to Ellmau which had several lovely bars and restaurants, and also incredibly close to the ski lift. The flat was very clean and well equipped and there were nice touches like a communal area with games and books to borrow. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful- Julia even helped us sort out an emergency dentist appointment!

    We stayed at the "Calm" apartment. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully designed. We enjoyed the small details, many elements made from wood, blankets in the living room. The sauna was exceptional. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything one can want. The whole apartment was clean and had a nice smell. There was also a private ski room included! We really really enjoyed our stay and the apartment exceeded our expectations! Thank you!
