I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Graz, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Whether it was a short walk to local attractions or finding great dining options nearby, everything was within reach. The experience started off smooth, with incredibly well-written instructions on how to access the apartment and parking. It made everything so easy and stress-free—great attention to detail! Once inside, I was blown away by the apartment itself. It was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The space felt modern and comfortable, with a special shout-out to the bed—it was unbelievably cozy! The hosts were incredibly accommodating as well. They were flexible with my check-in and check-out times, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place—you truly can’t go wrong!

I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

All directions were clear to check in. The apartment is in a quiet area of the Lend neighborhood - about a 20 minute walk to the old town. The apartment is like a studio - but had everything needed - including a nice coffee machine with coffee already included. Easy parking on-site that was included.

Absolutely the best equipped apartment I have seen, the owners really went out of their way to cover everything. Great communication with hosts. There are little notes around the apartment so you immediately know where is what. has a dedicated parking place.

    The apartment is situated in the centre of Graz, near to the main train station. The apartment is very spacious, large room and the kitchen. I enjoyed the idea of living in 60s and it reminded me a flat of my grandparents.

    Fantastic location! In the heart of the city center, this apartment is perfect for single travelers and short stays. It has everything you need, I just missed a tray for the oven to heat up some leftover pizza 😅 Hosts Franz and Evil are super friendly and helpful!     The apartment was in a really good location with no parking problems in the street (a parking fee was municipal). The space for 2 + 2 was enough. The only thing that I would add is air-conditioning and a faster internet connection. All in all, this place is worth staying in and thanks for letting us earlier than it had been said before. What's more, candies in the kitchenette were a nice surprise. If we are about to have this destination on the way, we will choose your apartment.

    We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything from checkin to checkout went smoothly (the keys were in a box at the entrance - self-service check-in). The apartment was spacious enough for 3 people and we found everything we needed for our short stay (towels, shampoo). It is also very well equipped and kept clean. Thanks to the comfortable bed and the silence, we had a restful sleep. The host was very accommodating, friendly and even provided some fruits and drinks for us. I definitely recommend staying here :)

    Nice apartment in a quite good location. It's about 20 minutes walk to the city center. There are many cafes, grocery shop and lots of kebabs near by. Apartment itself has everything you need at least for a short stay (we stayed there only 1 night).
