The property is in a good location up in the hills near Innsbruck. It is a very well presented 1st floor apartment with parking. The equipment is the apartment is all good and all you could need. The bedroom is comfortable and the living room is very big. The outdoor patio is covered and has a good view of the mountains. We only had 1 night, but it would be a good location of a longer stay. They have a washing machine as well as dishwasher.

Amazing Location!!! Great with kids as the apartment is well kitted out and has very easy access to the old town. A few minutes walk to most attractions , especially the Congress Station which has the Nordkettenbahn cable way & is also the pickup point for the transfer bus to the Swarovski Kristallwelten attraction. (Both worthwhile to visit). Instructions for the apartment were very clear and communication with the host was great too.

Short answer, everything was perfect. If I ever go back to Innsbruck, I'll definitely stay there again. We got a warm welcome from Gisela, she showed us the apartment and did her best to make sure that we can have the perfect stay there. We had no clear plan for our arrival time, she totally understood our situation and made it easy for us to check-in in the early evening. The word clean is not enough when it comes to the cleanliness of the apartment, everything was shining including the bathroom. It was like no one was there before us. If I could give a point above 10, I wouldn't think twice to do so. 100% recommend it.

Wonderful stay - best place we stayed in on Interail holiday. Have fond memories of sitting on balcony listening to babbling brook with Alpine views. Great nights sleep in comfortable beds. Appartment well equppiped. Village vibe but only a couple of miles from city centre. Zoo within walking distance. Excellent hosts, gave us lift to train station when we asked them to call us a cab.

Super nice and cozy apartment, they welcomed us as part of the family. We found a bottle of good wine and some sweets for the kids in the apartment when we arrived. The family has been super nice to help us organizing the transfers from-to Innsbruck. Much recommended hosts and apartment! Kids loved the animals and nativity scenes all around the village and in this house. Well connected with a tram to the center of Innsbruck. Supermarket and bakery closed by.

The location of this property is excellent. Innsbruck is a fabulous city I can’t believe this is our first visit! We arrived by train and it was just over 20 minute pleasant walk to the property. The apartment suited our needs for a short stay, being out all day etc. I really appreciated the washing machine too.

Great location - lovely large flat with plenty of relaxing space, nice views. Very easy to get to and from all attractions and fantastic mountain walking on foot or bus, close to the town centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. We were able to also get some laundry done which was a real bonus!
