The large balcony made the apartment feel open and fresh. Loved the location of the Docks. It's within walking distance of the ferry terminal. The walking path by the river was really beautiful. Also, the walking path leads to the South Bank precinct. The location makes for an easy drive to the southern or northern suburbs.
