Amazing hotel with the old historical vibe. Hotel style, decoration is very nice and room was furnished well. The room was large, clean, bed linen was very clean and overall was a nice experience!

This property is an apartment and since I was busy sightseeing most of the time I was in Broken Hill, I wasn't really able to take advantage of all the amenities---a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was great--just a couple of blocks from the downtown area and the train station which was where I left the city from. The bus station and visitor's information center were both approximately a kilometer away. I arrived rather late (approximately 9:30 PM) but the town was quiet and I felt quite safe, walking to the property. I had talked with the managers of the property and they had given me specific instructions on obtaining the keys, etc. and I had no problems.

The host greeted me to give me the keys and show me the facilities. He also gave me advise on cafes and restaurants and directions to various sites. It was lovely to be greeted by a person rather than just be given a code via anonymous sms or email. Bed was great , room size perfect and all facilities worked as they should.
