Pros: Property is near tram 1/10 stop from train station. Property is near many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. About 10 minute walk to the water and about 20 minutes walk to old town center but faster on the tram, from Museum stop. Host was wonderful left food for breakfast with preparation instructions in the fridge/freezer, coffee in room. Room is in the hallway of a multi story home but entire ground floor is for guest use, wonderful shower, washer in shower area which is a large space. Outdoor area for relaxing or quick meal. Safe area and quiet at night. Communication with host was easy, fast and very helpful; answered all responses quickly and correctly. Would stay again wonder place!

This apartment was amazing! Perfect for two people, beautifully decorated. The owner really paid attention to details. It has a nice balcony overlooking the museum where you can have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the view! The location was perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes walk from the city center. It is located near lots of coffee shops and restaurants where you can have nice meal. I recommend The Ramen restaurant just one street away. The kitchen has all the appliances including toaster, oven, coffee machine so you can have your breakfast at apartment. The bathroom is spacious and we even had things like shampoo, bodywash, cotton padds, hygenic wands, bathrobes. The lady who was cleaning the the hallway was really nice offering me umbrella. I would recommend this place to everyone. We loved it!

It was just an amazing stay for us. The apartment is spacious and has an excellent location - just outside the busy parts of the city for quiet evenings and nights, but central and walking distance from all the main attractions and wonderful restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean, with high quality linen and amenities. The kitchen is well furnished and enabled us to enjoy quiet dinners when we got tired of restaurant food. The hosts assisted us with an early check in as we arrived a bit earlier as well!

Perfect location, near Antwerp Centraal, all the sites and shopping streets. The apartment was clean, well decorated with a modern yet warm atmosphere. It had everything we needed and was much bigger than we expected, it felt more like an upmarket apartment. The receptionist who checked us in was welcoming and very helpful. Our elderly travel companion found it very well thought out for wheelchair access.

Great little studio apartment in the old town. It was very clean and comfortable, and the perfect location for our short stay as we could walk easily around the city. As others have mentioned, there are bars in the street below so you need to be prepared for noise until midnight in the week but this was not a problem for us. Jacky, the host, was very polite and responsive to messages.

Nice modern apartment right in the heart of Anwerp, 3 min. walk from Grotemarkt. Great location. There is a nice bistro close (50 m) to the apartment where they serve good breakfast (Break Point). Tea and coffe in the kitchennet was a nice plus. The communication with the host was smooth, easy access to the apartment (via lock box).
