Fiilipe is a great host, he Made our check in / checkout easy, he texted us to check if we need anything, he provided recommendations of places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely go back.

I arrived late at night, while no one was there the communication with Hector was immediate so I could get into the apartment. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it was comfortable, big, new, super clean and the balcony looked right in front of the San Diego area. The area is very safe as there is a police presence throughout the night and you are directly accessible to the whole center on foot. Amazing location, for sure when I'm in Cartagena again I'll stay there. Hextor the owner, is an amazing person,friendly,kind, jentleman, always available and did the best he could for my stay. Thank you very much Hector for everything and definitely i will come back!

The location was great. Beautiful view over Bocagrande beach. Right next to Hotel Estelar which has a sky-bar on the 51st floor. There is a supermarket less than one block away. There is air conditioning downstairs in the living area as well as in the upstairs bedroom and it worked very well. The apartment has big windows to let in lots of light and it has remote-controlled screens in front of the windows to shut out the afternoon sun. The washer /dryer in the unit is a great bonus and it has a huge fridge / freezer.

    Cannot fault the property, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a spacious bedroom which is perfect for a short stay. The balcony is lovely too with a sitting area and a hammock. There's also a washing machine and a dryer in case this is required. Overall we had a great stay, the apartment is clean and check in was smooth. The apartment is a short cab ride to the walled city of Cartagena. The views are nice as well. Highly recommend.

    I had a really good experience staying here on my holiday in Cartagena. The location is excellent, in a very safe area of the city and you just need to cross the street for the beach and there are so many shops and restaurant at walking distance. The host was really nice and I got a late check out which was very much appreciated. You have a great sea view from the entire apartment, this makes it so nice especially as your bedroom window oversees the sea as well.

    The leasing agent was really wonderful, very responsive and attentive to our needs. The apartment is very comfortable and it has a gorgeous view. The building is part of a condominium with a very nice pool and lobby area. Overall, definitely recommend if you’d like to stay in the Karibana area of Cartagena ☀️

    I stayed in apartment 302. Huge room, separate living/sleeping/dining rooms, huge closet, great bathroom, high ceilings and a very nice balcony. There's a full kitchen that hides behind folding doors a full-size washer and dryer. It's like staying in a small condo building that's fully service (attended lobby/concierge and housekeeping). The building has been thoughtfully modernized with very nice to luxurious finishes throughout. GREAT location that's a half block in from the busier streets.

    Self catering therefore no breakfast - the description was more appropriate to an hotel not an apartment. In my opinion toiletries should be more than a bottle of bath gel! Although there was sophisticated cooking equipment there was no hair drier an worst of all no hot water or sink plugs or basins. Comfortable but small bed - not really suitable for more than 2 adults. Loose wiring would be dangerous for children.

    Lovely apartment wish I could give it 100/10. Sabrina & Carlos were such lovely hosts. I'll be staying here again next time we are in Cartagena. Location is a short walk to Getsamine but best a taxi back late at night they are super cheap anyways. The gated community has a few shops & big olimpica next to it or you can just use Rappi. A great flat all to yourself highly recommended.

    it is a lovely modern apartment in a complex with beautiful pools and very soft sunbeds. never a problem to find a bed. The beach is right next to the pool and it is peaceful and quiet with few vendors etc. You can get an Uber to the shops and restaurants.
