Modern, clean, well equipped. good tv if it’s raining. Great views. The owner goes out of his way to help in every way. We saw more wildlife here than Manuel Antonio national park. Would recommend this place without a doubt. Dog friendly also.

A microwave, a fridge and stovetop are also offered, as well as a coffee machine. What a fantastic place. I'm just glad we didnt stay here to start our Costa rica travels as it would have set the bar too high. Lovely clean and spacious rooms (more like little houses really). Excellent facilities in each of the four apartments. Two good sizes double bedrooms, lovely outside space, really well equipped kitchen with water now drinkable and perfectly filtered with hot, chilled and room temperature supplies. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk, but bear in mind it is a walk on a rough surface road. We hired a couple of bikes and that worked really well. Cheap and safe to use in the area. Yuri, the hotel owner and his colleage Carla who looks after your cleaning needs (including washing some clothes for you if you want), are both brilliant and just ask if you need anything. It helps if you speak a little Spanish though. Wildlife everywhere. Howler monkeys every morning as an alarm clock, toucans and green macaws flying overhead, we even had a sloth sleeping in the garage one afternoon. Amazing

Which is a importan detail. It’s located close to the puerto viejo city center but not in the noisy area. The host was great and gave us all the instructions to get into the apartment in time. It also has parking lot.

The apartment is big, comfortable and has everything (and more) that you need. It's located a bit outside of the town but still near and close to the beach.

Stayed here with a friend for a couple of nights back in December (just behind with my reviews) and we absolutely loved the place! Comfy beds, lovely terrace, peace and quiet in nature, super close to one of the best sections of the beach... The place has everything you might need, and our host was extremely helpful and replied quickly to all our questions. Recommend 100%!!
