Nicholas and Maria are warm, kind, and hospitable. They are super helpful people and you can feel comfortable that they will help with whatever it is that you need. They were so kind to let me borrow a bicycle to explore the area and they have the best tips on restaurants to go to in the area. Whenever I had a question, I was able to text Nicholas and he would reply with helpful information. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. Thank you to the both of you!

The hosts are warm and wonderful people. The location is very good, 2 minutes walk close to the sea, a shop right next to it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment is very clean with all amenities , free parking spot , I recommend it 100 percent.

We spent our vacation from June 8-18, 2024 at the Constantaras apartment in Pernera. We had a nice sunny vacation, we stayed in room 202. It was a bit hot but still we were welcome from the cold germany where we came from. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment and with the two ladies from Bulgaria who were always at hand for our every need. I also have words of praise for one of the owners, Andreas, who was always at hand, and we thank him for the watermelons he gave us from his personal garden. I wish you a nice rest of the season and I hope to see you next year.

Almost feels like I don't want to say! 😂 Flokkas Hotel Apartments felt a hidden gem. The team there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the owners to the excellent cleaning staff, to the restaurant / pool bar owners and their children. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. If anything the AC worked too well 😂 The location was perfect. Close enough to the main strip of Protaras (3 min walk) but also far enough to not be bothered by any noise. Pool was great, with enough space for plenty of guests. Flokkas Hotel Apartments you were amazing. Thank you.

    We stayed at this apartment last year and decided to come back this year too, as we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, very well equipped flat (including the kitchen and the toilet). Nice balcony with a side sea view. Within walking distance of the main Protaras street where most bars and restaurants are and from Fig Tree Bay. Dess is very easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the host got it sorted on the following day. We also appreciated the welcome basket, very nice touch.

    Apartment was spotless. Very modern and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. The bed was very comfortable and also the sofa bed. Shower was good and air conditioning perfect. The bar staff were friendly and helped with any issues we had.

    I stayed in the studio apartment, it was great and had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It reached beyond our expectations for the price we paid, even had toiletries, which was a niceity as we didn't expect it too. The swimming pool was nice and clean and quiet. We had a very peaceful stay and despite being close to the main town we barely heard any noise.
