We travel a lot and I will tell you that this has been the best accommodation we have stayed in. Gabriele is a wonderful host. The apartment is adorably decorated and could be on the cover of a home and gardens magazine. It is located in the historic part of Berchtesgaden and there are many restaurants and the historic town center within a two minute walk. You must eat in Gabriele's restaurant below the apartment...it is a Michelin and Gusto awarded vegan restaurant...absolutely fabulous. You must take the boat trip and see Konigsee and drive the Rossfeld Panoramastrasse. Obersalzburg is nice and Salzburg, Austria is a must see and only 30-minutes away. There are many beautiful hikes in the area. We had a very nice stay over New Years...watching the fireworks from the balcony was superb!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. It's surrounded by nature, has everything we needed. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and cosy. The staff was always helpful and kind. We also liked the swimming pool and it's area. We recommend this place to everyone!

We loved our time in this sweet little paradise. Gabriele was an amazing host; she was so easy to communicate with and was there to check us in when we arrived. We were lucky enough to be there on an evening that her vegetarian restaurant was open...and what a treat. We never expected to get a 7-course vegan meal in Germany, let alone right underneath our apartment. An absolutely treat and special memory. The location was perfect, within walking distance of town and close to some fantastic lakes, hikes, and other touristy sites. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and some light snacks. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains, and the garden area was a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine. This is a very special place.

    The host was very service minded and made the booking and checkin very simple. All answers on whatsapp were very swift. The apartment was spatious and clean with a balcony to the back facing a medow. Very quiet location above the village and perfect for visiting Eagles nest and a 30 min drive to Salzburg. 2 super markets in the nearby village along with a nice little shopping street.

    The apartment was in an excellent location, traditionally furnished, warm and spotlessly clean. The view from our balcony was stunning. Everything was available for self catering, although we took advantage of local restaurants and the Christmas market stalls

    We stayed at a top floor "cave" apartment for a night and had a very comfortable short stay. The location was close to the lake, the property had parking and amazing views. We had an authentic German roast dinner in the garden of the hotel, hosted by the owner himself. We had a great night and tasted some of home made beverages. Our stop in Konigssee was short, but Peter really made us feel welcome. It was a pleasure!

    Very clean, comfortable, bright, spacious and modern apartments. Free parking near the house. In the apartments you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay during your vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the many little things that were available for use. All rooms in the apartment offer beautiful mountain views. Everything was perfect! We were very satisfied. We highly recommend these apartments if you plan to stay in Berchtesgaden.

    Owners were very friendly and live on site. They were on hand for any questions we had. The apartment was huge and well appointed. It contained everything we needed for a short stay. The location is fabulous, with direct views on to the surrounding mountains, including the Eagles's Nest. The surrounding area offered plenty to do in terms of hiking, visiting Konigsee, and sightseeing in surrounding towns. It is also only a short drive to Salzburg.
