Heating, bathroom - everything looks as a new apartment, everything works and is in good shape. Some tee/coffee also provided with teapot and simple coffee machine - even if you have no time you can start you day with tea/coffee for a few days of stay with no extra efforts. Fully-functional kitchen, kitchenware provided. Lots of clean towels, toilet paper. Must be good for business trips - for short stays you don't need to worry about any supplies. It is the last floor, so on a positive side - it is quiet (nobody is stomping above you, so you can sleep all day long if you want to), Key retrieval on arrival is ~15 minutes, the owner responds quickly in the chat, Departure - unattended is possible, can be done at any time.
