I have been to nearly 85 countries in the world, and I have not seen in the beauty of this apartment, which directly sees the sea, a first row of all rooms, as well as the bathroom and the kitchen. A feeling at the top of comfort to forget the fatigue of work and the pressures of work. Indeed, I was psychologically relieved, and I will repeat my visit as I recommend it, as the price is excellent and cheap, as is the neighborhood I have wonderful days inside this apartment. Everything was more than I was expecting. The place was as pictured, and all reviews are spot on. You can see in almost every review that they mention the owner Ahmed, and they do this because it has to be mentioned. He did all he could to make my stay as good as possible, and I am glad that I picked his place again for my next stay in a few days time.

    The flat decor was beautiful. The sea view was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was lovely, and the apartment was spacious. WiFi worked perfectly, and they had netflix and youtube. I liked that they had some sofa beds as well, which could accommodate our large family and kids, but they need a thorough clean. The landlord understood why we were leaving and had promised he would sort out the flat and give us a refund, so I appreciate his honesty.

    It is a very nice, practically new apartment with an excellent location. A penthouse with an amazing view of the sea cost and the Abu Al Abbas al Mursi mosque. The owners/ managers are really friendly and helpful and very responsive.

    This was a self catering apartment which was a welcome reprieve from the disaster of the worse apartment in Luxor. The apartment was CLEAN, well looked after and has a lift to the top floors. We loved everything the sea views and Netflix was the best
