He helped us book the balloon tour, go to the Valley of the Kings ahead of crowds, picked us up from the train station and even arranged for a transfer to Marsa Alam. Both have super king size comfortable beds and lounge area with kitchenette. Not just before you arrive, but throughout the stay. I was in the flat 6 nights and got regular "everything ok?" messages - which is nice when there is obviously no reception. The apartment is very big indeed, it was very clean and well equipped. I liked having a washing machine, large clothes rack for drying clothes, iron snd cooker.
