We liked it being on the first floor (of 19) so easy to walk up and down instead of waiting for the lift (which was actually mainly very quick). The pool is great, open from 10.30 till 7. The flat is per the pictures, spacious, lovely balcony, aircon and fans which are needed in the summer. It's a rental flat so not overly homely but had (nearly) everything we needed.
