This is the first time I review an accommodation that I did not stay at but there is a good reason for it. 3 days before our scheduled stay, the hotel called us to inform us there was a problem with the apartment we booked and that they could not host us. They proactively offered to transfer us to another hotel (which we assume is a partner property or maybe even of the same owner), several kilometres away. To sweeten the deal, the transfer proposal included half board, which we didn't have in our original booking. Since we were not really picky about the location as long as it was on the eastern coast of Mallorca, we agreed to the deal. Our stay was outstanding. I will not say more since my review should technically be about a property we actually stayed at, but I want to commend this property for their management of the situation and doing the right thing. You made a customer very happy.

Nice apartment, next to a great beach. It had a terrace, everything that's needed in the kitchen, and even a pool with a lot of space. Even beach towels available. Shower also great. For the price, for 4 or 5 people, highly recommended.

I liked that guests were separated between apartment blocks, it was quiet and almost didn't hear others - seems that families were closer to each other (in the C block) - not sure if intentionally or not, but seems to be a good idea as kids tend to be louder. Kids used and loved swimming pool - there are zones for different heights and the smallest zone 60 cm are divided by physical pillars, therefore the kids couldn't accidentally step into deeper area. It was also maintained very often. There was also possibility to use Hotel's pool. Apartment was quite basic, but fine. For a 4 person family there was enough of room. It was possible to find everything you need, e.g., kitchen tools. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanness was top level, the floor - clean, dishes shining, fridge - clean, bathroom - shiny. It seems that the cleaning lady is very thorough. There is also a Ping-Pong and Pool in the reception that we used. We also enjoyed the balcony, the view to the forest and grasshoppers sound was relaxing. A/C worked very well and is quiet.

    Location: Idyllic location, just a minute's walk from the beach. Apartment: Comfortable and clean furnishings, with well-functioning air conditioning and hot water. Quiet and secluded. Pool: Salted pool (great for those with chlorine sensitivity) that gets pretty deep. Staff: Super friendly receptionists who offered beach umbrellas and local recommendations. Highly recommend this place!

    The big plus of these apartments is the common area, where you don't have to fight for sunbeds or reserve sunbeds in advance, there is always a place near the pool. It is very quiet and calm and you can relax with a book in the shade of the trees. Close to the beach. Our room had two balconies, which was very nice. There was everything you need for cooking and in good condition. The air conditioning worked without problems and the bathroom is modern and has a good shower.

    Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Easy self check-in, you can get all the information on whatsapp and with a video. So you don't get lost and everything is clear. In a quiet area, near a nice beach. There was always a parking space even in the evening hours.
