They sent photos with instructions, which made it easy to access the apartment building as well as the apartment. The keys were right where they said they would be when I walked in and it was easy to leave them right there when I left as well very convenient.

Marcos was really friendly and helpful. Gave us loads of information about using the metro and told us to visit plaza Nuevo for the best pinchos. The room was pristine having only been open a week. Good luck with your business 😁 Liked the view of the river and the pleasant walk along it away from traffic

This apartment was exceptional, well-equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and the convenience of both a washing machine and dryer. It offered all the comforts of home, making it a top recommendation for a hassle-free stay! We especially appreciated the kitchen essentials (salt, oil, coffee) that we didn't need to buy. Also, the host was super helpful during our arrival and willing to help anytime so even though we didn't need it we appreciated the help. I think this is the perfect apartment for both couples and smaller families.

    Great flat! Lovely fluffy towels, comfy, big bed, everything that we needed was there. Small but efficient kitchen, good size bathroom with a large shower and washing machine. Very comfortable couch and we enjoyed Netflix on rainy evenings. It was home away from home. Parking underground just around the corner(I think @+-5€ a day) as well as the train station that takes you into Bilbao center in 30 min. Lots of bars and shopping opportunities around the area.

    Great flat, spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, clean, lots of natural light, great views over the Marina and out to sea. Handily close to the train station and lots of shops and bars. Nice local touches with the photos, books, records and record player. Useful supply of umbrellas too!
