I was very impressed by how quiet the apartment was and the air-conditioning was top notch. There was plenty of storage space, the bathroom and kitchen were great, and the location was perfect -- we could easily walk to the Cathedral, the Real Alcazar, and of course hundreds of restaurants and cafes. Another thing that turned out to be so handy was that there were always taxis lined up right at out entrance and taxis are so cheap in Seville. Typical rides around town were 4-5 Euros which was cheaper than renting a bike for 2 people. Even at 6:30 am there was a taxi outside to take me to the airport.

The landlord is very nice, and would give you a super super detailed guided tour (on map) of the city, and give tips of where to eat and where to go for nice views etc, (almost planned our entire trip for us XDDD). Though he was explaining everything in Spanish to my two friends (I'm the only one who doesn't speak Spanish lol). So, can't promise the same detail level if in English, but you will get the general idea at least. Everything is pretty new (love the shower head in the bathroom!) Nice view outside, safe neighborhood, close to most things we wanna see in Seville. The only thing though, Google map would guide you to the back street... don't listen to it, enter from the blvd facing the park.

Sijainti on erinomainen. Huoneistolta pääsee helposti kauppaan. Korttelin toisella puolella on mitä erinomaisin leipomo sekä muutaman korttelin päässä on El Corte Ingles ja Aldin ruokakaupat. Näistä saa kaiken tarvitsemansa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja sängyt mukavia.

Sijainti oli aivan loistava Metropol Parasol nurkan takana, mutta kuitenkin rauhallisella paikalla Asunto oli siisti, pieni parveke ja keittiössä oli kaikki tarvittavat, jopa kahvikapselit meille koko ajaksi. Kaupunkiasunnoksi tarpeeksi tilava kahdelle (kolmellekin). Pesokone ja silitysrauta plussaa. Meistä pidettiin huolta kokoajan WhatsAppin välityksellä. Voimme suositella tätä.

Majoittumisemme oli aivan ihana! Henkilökunta oli aivan mahtavaa, aamiainen sekä aamiaishuone olivat erinomaiset! Huoneistossa oli miellyttävä ilmanvaihto, tyylikäs sisustus, kylpyhuone, tuotteet ja kylpytekstiilit korkealaatuisia.

Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella sopivan matkan päässä historiallisesta keskustasta. Asunnon lähellä on useita ruokakauppoja ja kävely kaupungin mieleenpainuvan kauniilla kujilla kuului päivittäin ohjelmaamme. Tarvittaessa myös bussiyhteydet sijaitsevat aivan lähellä. Asunnon omistajat Lucía ja Francisco ovat todella ystävällisiä ja sain vastauksen kaikkiin kysymyksiini nopeasti. Koska asunto sijaitsee talon sisäpihalla, sinne ei kuulunut lainkaan liikenteen melu, mikä on toki todella mukavaa.

Sijainti oli loistava, kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä, mutta kuitenkin kaupungista kuuluva meteli ei kantautunut liikaa. Huone ja koko rakennus oli mukavan moderni ja huoneiston kattoterassi oli kiva lisä!

Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä Sevillan vanhaa kaupunkia, mutta rauhaisalla alueella. Huoneisto oli tilava, moderni ja siisti sekä siellä oli kaikki tarvittavat tarvikkeet kodinkoneet jne. Asunnon omistajan kanssa oli helppo kommunikoida ja hän auttoi auton pysäköimisessä autohissillä. Kaikki sujui loistavasti ja olimme todella tyytyväisiä huoneistoon.

Siisti, toimiva 2mh asunto 2 kylpyhuoneella. Ikkunat huoneista sekä toisesta kylpyhuoneesta sai auki. Kaikki tarpeellinen asunnossa, paitsi ei viinilaseja eikä pullon avaajaa. Lasit saimme vastaanotosta pyydettäessä. Loistavat sängyt sekä tilavat vaatekaapit huoneissa.

Siistit ja tilavat huoneet - päti myös kylpyhuoneisiin. Mukava henkilökunta, huoneeseen pystyi tilaamaan ruokaa näppärästi. Kiva, että tiskikoneeseen löytyi pari pesukuutiota valmiiksi. Huoneistoon ei kantautunut meteliä ulkoapäin. Mukavia baareja & ravintoloita lähes kulman takana. Samoin muutama pienempi elintarvikekauppa lähellä. (kerroksista löytyi myös pyykkikoneet) . Allasta emme käyttäneet, aika pieni, tuntui kyllä olevan muiden suosiossa.

Viihtyisä, kotoisa ja siisti asunto. Meillä oli ihana oma terassi. Yllätyimme positiivisesti siitä, että asunnossa oli vain yksi makuuhuone ja yhdet majoittujat meidän lisäksemme. Kommunikointi majoittajan kanssa oli erittäin sujuvaa, saimme paljon vinkkejä ja Luisa vastasi nopeasti kaikkiin kysymyksiimme! Sijainti olisi voinut olla parempi, mutta asunnon vierestä kulki paljon busseja joilla pääsi helposti ja halvasti keskustaan. Suosittelen vahvasti, me tulemme ehdottomasti takaisin tähän asuntoon ja Sevillaan!
