The place is very spacious, with living room connected to kitchen, plus a bedroom. Room is clean and stuff is very helpful. We asked for a weight scale which it doesn’t have, and the host managed to buy a new one so we can weight our luggages to avoid overweight, which is much appreciated. There is an office right at the lobby with a staff so you can get help. There is also coffee machine with many selection. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely, clean apartment which had a separate bedroom and bathroom. A modern, well equipped kitchen, too. We had our 2 teenage boys with us and the small pool on the roof and the loungers were most welcome on our hot, August afternoons! Only a few mins walk to the river and just a bit longer to the center. Helpful, friendly staff in reception a few doors away. Would love to stay here again!

The location is great. It is very close to Metropol Parasol and easy access to major sightseeing places (Royal Alcazar of Seville, Cathedral de Sevilla, a bit distance to Plaza de Espana). The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The friendly attitude of staffs (especially the first reception male staff who welcoming us) will make you feel comfortable and safe when you first visit and arrive the city. Highly recommend to stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The location was great, lots of shops and little restaurants around. The apartment itself was just perfect, I can’t recommend it enough. Comfortable beds and great pillows, clean modern toilets and showers, amazing terrace with a great view. Check-in was super easy, we got the front door and apt code by email. No hassle. Just loved everything about the place!

Ideal location in Old Town for sightseeing. Well-provisioned Carrefour store within less than five minute walk. Taxi rank nearby for transport to local sights, airport and railway station. Ground floor holiday apartments are not easy to find in any city and this was excellent for us. This studio apartment had all appropriate facilities and air condition was a blessing. The whole apartment block is of high specification and, considering the number of apartments there are in the building, it is very quiet at night and most times of the day.

Upstairs terrace, sunbeds and large plunge pool were real bonus. Host was easily contactable, very helpful and quick to reply. We stayed in the apartment with terrace but were shown the penthouse flat as friends were considering it for next year. Truly stunning. Would absolutely return to these apartments they are the highest quality.

Facilities are beautiful and very well thought through, great terrace off the main bedroom with an amazing view of the many churches in town. The flat is very well equipped with all mod cons, kettle even a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location is great just a few minutes walk from everything on a very charming street. Great communication with the owners. Highly recommend:)
