The building and the accommodations are entirely new. Everything worked perfectly. The staff, August in partifular, were amazing. The apartment was fully equipped with everything that you would need for your stay. There's a tram station within waking distance to get you downtown in a 15 minutes commute. Plenty of alternatives for coffee, beer, fast food nearby, although I can only recommend Cafeteria Alquimia where we had breakfast.

Location was great, being very close to all the bars and restaurants without being on a loud street. We were given a list of recommended places which was very appreciated. I also liked that each room had its own shower although really only one could be used because of the lack of hot water in one of the showers. We were lucky to be on the first floor, so that we only had to take one flight of stairs. It was nice to have an Alexa in the room to play music for us while at the apartment. Another positive was the price.

    Everything worked fine, from checkin, app. Apartment was clean and right for the couple of days we stayed. We felt very comfortable and was really close to center. Parking was not that difficult in the close by strees. Let us take our pet friend was great. The welcome pack was great for those couple of days.

    A very quiet studio apartment in a good location. The amenities for the kitchen and bathroom were very well thought out so you could easily make breakfast or cook a simple meal whilst staying, with a dining table and chairs, plus coffee table and couch to sit at. The walk in shower was outstanding.

    The whole building was spotlessly clean, and we had a very large, stylish room, a well-appointed bathroom with excellent bidet pistol beside the toilet. It was easy to find the block, and parking was straightforward, although they do have limited spaces. Motorcycles (and we were among them) had spaces between the cars. The environmental standards are second to none, and the rooftop area was a delight. Although it was a studio apartment, it did feel much more like a hotel that happened to have a kitchen in the room.
