The quality of the room and the hotel overall is really good and fit for a modern traveller - it is not a five star luxury experience but has all you need for a quality city stay. I also was super happy with the breakfast deal they had with the hotel next to Unity - convenient and delicious. Most importantly i was well received and nicely hosted by the team.

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and spacious with modern Scandinavian interior design and decorations. However, what truly made my Bob W stay a perfect 10 is the phone support I received at 6 am after our office Christmas party. There are apparently two different Bob W locations within about a block of each other. In my post-party state I was not paying close enough attention and blindly followed Google Maps. When the code for the door didn't work, I called the support line and an incredibly patient and kind staff member did all he could to ensure I got to my apartment safely. It took us 2 calls and about 45 minutes, but I eventually made it to my apartment and got some great and much-needed sleep.

The studio apartment was spacious, very clean and prepared with absolutely everything needed for an even longer stay (excellently equipped kitchenette, two kinds of coffee makers, dishwasher, large diagonal TV where we could even watch pre-paid channels, excellent Wi-Fi, etc). Ground coffee from the hosts. Upon request, we received a bill for our stay.

    The apartment was very pretty, cozy, and clean. It had the essentials for a short stay and was functionally equipped, close to everything I needed. The host was nice and responsible. There are many options for traveling to and from the apartment, including trams, buses, trains, and municipal bike rentals, all within close walking distance. Overall, it was a great location.

    The host is very helpful and friendly. The flat itself is small and cozy. Everything needed was in the apartment. Perfect for one person or a couple. The studio is within walking distance of the city center, but you can also easily rent a bike or motorized step. We had a great time.

    Helsinki is a beautiful place, we came here for a long weekend to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and the icing on the cake was this lovely modern apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Hannu met us as we arrived, explained everything regarding the apartment, and left us to it. We very much appreciated his gesture of letting us stay longer on our last day as our flight was late evening. I thoroughly recommend this apartment as it well situated to bars, restaurants etc
