Fairly easy to find, parking on site, basic equipment for a a self catering stay, good supply of coffee capsules. Alexandra from the office was very helpful getting us into the apartment and then explaining the location of the washing machine. Price for Annecy was reasonable (although had to be paid in advance and non refundable)

The apartament is located in one modern building in a residential complex of 4-5 buildings , some of them still under construction. It is 10 min walk ( but 5 uphill) from the old town and 5 min from the lake. One can see the lake from the balcony but only in the right side and a small sector. Parking is free ( good thing) . The apartment/studio is brand new and has 2 rooms well furnished , nothing to complain. Good wifi.
