Very nice apartments. It was clean, all the furniture was new. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Adjustable heaters in every room. The apartments are located in an old building, but the courtyard is clean and everything inside is new. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro (line 12), from there it's easy to get to anywhere in Paris, about 20 minutes to the center. There is a small grocery store right downstairs, a large Lidl a little further. The check-in instructions are very clear, the owner is always in touch. We were very pleased with our choice of apartments.

There is a delicious Patisserie accross from the apartment and a small supermarket too. Train stations and Metro walking distance/Taxi from the apartment with trains running frequently. Stade De France also a good proximity to the flat.
